I will never use Marquee Limos. Ever. Luxury Sydney Airport Arrivals Transfer by People Mover failed. Bigly. We have used Viator for airport transportation many times in the past. When we arrived at Sydney Airport last night we had no expectation that our ride would just never show up. So, we waited. We confirmed with other limo drivers we were in the right place (where our voucher directed us). And waited some more. Finally, I called the company (Marquee) and was told that they had canceled our ride. The guy tried to tell me it wasn’t them. It certainly wasn’t us. He told me it had canceled and we would not be charged. This was a lie. We were charged. The guy knew who I was (he identified our flight and everything). And, today, Viator sent a text asking “how was your experience? Please share a review.” Well, here it is. These guys are THE WORST. They took our money (we’re trying to get a refund from Viator now) and tried to convince me, “it wasn’t us.” Well mate, it wasn’t me and you’re not here. So, do the math. If repeat business is the best endorsement, I am taking a certain amount of pleasure canceling our reservation in a few days to take us back to the airport. We’ll Uber or cab, thanks. One thing is certain, we won’t use you guys. We’re never ever getting together. You give private airport transfers in Sydney a bad name. Bye bye.
Dear Donald - as i discussed with you on the phone, I never cancelled your booking. Your booking was sitting on our system portal as a cancelled booking from your end. I logged onto the portal, and even double checked the booking we had , and it clearly showed that the booking request was cancelled. How can i provide a service to you, if the status on the job is cancelled Donald? I have provided Viator all the information about this, and they will be in contact with you. Donald, im not in the business to leave clients stranded on foot. I value dearly my business and i've grown this from a small sized business to a very large successful business on the back of reliability, and service. Im sorry that i did not send a vehicle to you to collect you, but as i have stated, on this reply, and my message, and call to you, the booking on the viator booking portal stated the job to be cancelled, Simple as that.

A very, very bad experience and unprofessionalism First, upon arrival, they delayed us for an entire hour. We had children with us and were coming from a very long flight. They told us, as compensation for what happened, that they would make the return trip to the airport free of charge. I confirmed to them the day before my return time in the morning, and they sent a confirmation of the reservation, and in the evening I sent them that I needed the driver’s number. Who will pick us up and I did not find an answer, and in the morning I texted them and did not find any answer, knowing that I almost missed the flight because of them and because of their unprofessional and poor company. I can call it a company of false promises and very, very bad timing. I do not advise anyone to try this company at all, neither when receiving them from the airport nor when returning to the airport, because upon arrival you will wait an hour and they will excuse you with funny excuses, such as that the driver was looking for the child’s seat, which is a terrible thing. Also, when transporting you to the airport, they will make you miss your flight. A very bad company, and I do not think it is a company, but rather a group of people who manage this thing without any sense of responsibility
