En nuestros queridos clientes , priorizamos una experiencia de llegada sin problemas proporcionando servicios personalizados de recogida en aeropuertos y estaciones de tren. Nuestra política permite a nuestro personal o conductores esperar hasta 60 minutos después de su hora de llegada programada para adaptarse a cualquier retraso. Si no puede reunirse dentro de este plazo, se aplicará una tarifa de espera adicional por cada 30 minutos posteriores. Para las recogidas en el hotel, nos aseguramos de las salidas oportunas en función de su hora programada. Agradecemos su comprensión y nuestro objetivo es brindarle el mejor servicio posible durante todo su viaje.

Dear Peter T, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that travel plans can change, and we always do our best to accommodate our guests. However, we would like to clarify the timeline of your booking. Your original reservation was modified twice in a single day, both of which we accommodated by restructuring our daily schedule. Ultimately, your request for a date change came while our driver was already at the airport waiting for your flight to land. As stated at the time of booking, our policy requires any cancellations or amendments to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Because a driver and vehicle were already dispatched and dedicated to your original time slot, we cannot transfer the booking to a new date free of charge. While we welcome constructive feedback, we do ask that communication with our team remains respectful. We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients, and we regret that we were unable to fulfill your ride under these circumstances. Best regards, Dodi

Great airport connection for a larger group coming to Naples. Dodi met us just outside the baggage claim area. On the drive to where we were staying he provided us with a lot of information as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I look forward to seeing Dodi again when we return.

Dodi was amazing! Fair price, very helpful info for a first time visitor of Napoli. On time arrival and helped with my luggage. On the way to the hotel Dodi pointed out multiple places of interest for me to visit. I highly recommend him!

We had a very smooth and easy transfer from our hotel in Naples to the airport. Traffic is CRAZY in the city and we got there quickly in plenty of time for our flight. We separately worked with the company on cruise ship transfers as well as a trip to the Amalfi coast and everything was fantastic.
