The driver arrived on time and assisted us with the luggage, he spoke little English but we both were able to communicate via Google Translate. Explained the process of where to go and just helpful before arriving at the airport. We felt safe driving with him.
Our driver was punctual, safe, and professional. He had a great attitude and excellent customer service. We were a group of 6 women with lots of luggage. He handled all our luggage with a smile

Excellent service. Driver was helpful and assisted with putting our bags into the van. We had 15 large situated and 5 carry on for 5 of us. He was also on time.

Our driver, Eduardo, was 10 minutes early to pick us up from the hotel, which was nice. He was courteous, professional, and his vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would recommend Viator to anyone needing a reliable, affordable transfer.

Terrible communication. Extremely slow and I did not get a confirmed pick up time for my ride, despite booking 4 days in advance. Had to cancel when I didn’t have a ride time and it was 12 hours before my departure.

Excellent transfer! The driver was very nice and the car was clean. The driver was on time and new the directions of the transfer when he picked us up.
