There was a mixup in the date of arrival due to coming in right around midnight so the driver wasn’t there when I exited, there was a bit of a confusing situation to get to my hotel with another driver (not part of the company), HOWEVER, they went above and beyond after the fact to make sure I safely arrived and followed up on a situation from the transfer and made it right. I really appreciated how they dealt with the concerns and I would definitely book with them again (I would just pay more attention to specific details especially if close to midnight!) Thank you for great customer service and following up and being attentive and responsive. It really made a stressful situation much less of a headache so I can focus on enjoying my time here in Kenya!

This service was excellent. I booked online and received confirmation through WhatsApp and a phone call a few days in advance to confirm flight details. David was at the airport with a clear sign and a huge help with bags. I would definitely use this service again.

Our driver Patrick was amazing!!! Our flight arrived a little late but that didnt waver him at all. Patrick patiently waited for us with a clear sign to identify himself. If you need a driver to/ from airport please request Patrick!!!
