En el puerto, el conductor lo estará esperando justo en el muelle frente al barco con un cartel con su nombre para que lo reconozca rápidamente. Recogida en el hotel de la ciudad de Roma: Se encontrará con su conductor justo en el vestíbulo del hotel, junto al conserje o junto a su dirección de alojamiento. Recogida en el aeropuerto de Fiumicino/Ciampino. Su conductor personal le estará esperando fuera del área de recogida de equipaje, después de las puertas corredizas junto a la columna del PUNTO DE INFORMACIÓN, y el conductor llevará un cartel con una tarjeta con su nombre. Indique la fecha de llegada, el número de vuelo y el país de origen.

Si trae equipaje adicional que no cabe en el espacio de un camión sedán, infórmenos antes de hacer la reserva que está solicitando un vehículo más grande y se le actualizará a MINIVAN con un cargo adicional o agregará un pasajero adicional para obtener un RESERVA DE FURGONETA. Para 4-6 pasajeros ofrecemos un MERCEDES BENZ VAN V CLASS o VITO de lujo que puede acomodar hasta 6 maletas de facturación y hasta 6 equipaje de mano pequeño. Por favor avise si su equipaje excede la capacidad ANTES DE HACER SU RESERVA, ya que puede necesitar un vehículo adicional. IMPORTANTE: Si no nos informa su cantidad exacta de equipaje, es posible que no podamos proporcionarle el vehículo del tamaño adecuado para acomodar su equipaje, y es posible que se le cobre por un segundo vehículo SI ESTÁ DISPONIBLE EN EL ÚLTIMO MINUTO.

This was our second time using Aim Limo for private transportation from the Civitaveccia cruise port, and we again experienced excellent service! Booking was very easy via email. Andrea is quick to answer any questions or special requests. They provide knowledgeable drivers for transfer tours or day excursions from the port. They also can arrange for a licensed guide at historical sites if desired or preferred. The drivers are on time and the cars are clean, comfortable, luxury Mercedes vehicles. The company’s or the driver’s contact information via WhatsApp is usually provided beforehand , which allows you to contact the driver quickly if necessary. The prices are also fair and great value in comparison to quotes I received from several other companies. You will not be disappointed! This year we transferred from Civitavecchia to the St Regis hotel and then from the hotel to FCO airport the next morning. The drivers were on time, were courteous, and friendly. AIM Limo will always be my go to for transportation in Rome!

Comfortable vehicle. Kind and courteous driver although we were told we would have an English-speaking driver, his command of English was very limited. Unfortunately, they asked us to be certain we were ready to leave the ship by 830 but then driver showed up late due to trouble getting through extra security at the port. This may have contributed to running into the Rome half marathon turning a 1 Hour drive into a 2 1/2 hour fiasco. Passengers who took the cruise company bus transfer seemed to have been able to avoid the marathon traffic with extra planning.
Great driver. Made it to our destination safely and early we were early getting off the cruise ship and our driver was there.
