The driver was quick to take us to the airport. Despite the very heavy traffic, it was very effective in taking care of us. Only small downside, we did not receive small bottles of water available in the car as mentioned in the description.

Activities did not occur. They were billed without authorization. It was cancelled by me but Viator didn't prosecute. I had to take a taxi

Your booking was cancelled approximately one hour before the scheduled transfer, which is clearly outside the 24-hour cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. For this reason, the service is not eligible for a refund. Nevertheless, despite the policy, through Viator customer service we offered you the opportunity to reschedule the transfer at no additional cost so that you would not lose the service. This solution was provided as a gesture of goodwill, but it was not accepted by you. We also wish to highlight that the service was never provided due to your late cancellation, and therefore the claims made in this review are misleading. Furthermore, all payments are securely processed through Viator’s platform in accordance with their terms and conditions. We do not process or charge any unauthorized transactions.
I truly have enjoyed our transfer from and to airport in Naples Italy with Viator. 100 percent reliable, professional and trustworthy. We were 6 ladies from California and I needed a larger car. Minibus for our pickups with our Driver Rafaela was a stress free experience.
