The driver was late. Our pick up time was 1030, he arrived 1055. At first he said, he will be a few minutes late, next was, he was a block away, next reason was he missed the exit. It was annoying to wait when we had a strict scheduled time assigned to our group.

There was a bit of a mixed up of our vans from 2 hotels but in the end we were glad it didn't take that long to wait for the right van to come. I trust Viator and will hire again in the future. Thank you.
It was a great experience. The driver let us know when they were 5 minutes out and they were a little early for our scheduled time. This was great for me since I'm always early. He loaded all of our bags (total of 9 people with luggage and carry ons.) He was very polite and knew exactly where we needed to go. He explained the port process as we were arriving and then unloaded all of our bags. Overall a great experience.
