We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 6:00am, but I got an email telling me that our flight had been changed. I called Viator and told them that I needed to be picked up at 3:00am as my flight was leaving at 6:00. The driver was very punctual and arrived at the hotel at around 2:50am to pick us up. The car was very nice. It was a fairly new Mercedes and had white leather upholstery. The inside of the car was immaculate, and the owner/operator was very pleasant to talk with.
Prompt pick up and drop off at designated locations. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Our driver showed up on time, helped with the bags, and got us to the airport safely and quickly. Perhaps a little too quickly! Our flight was at 7:15 out of PRG, and the company standard is to leave 3 hours before that time (traffic, etc.) Since we left at 4:15 (no traffic), we arrived at the airport way earlier than we could check in, so had to kill a lot of time that I think my family would have preferred to have been sleeping. With such an early departure time, it would have been great for the driver to have requested to pick us up 30 minutes later or something like that. I'm not holding it against him (still 5 star), but that would have been a nice cherry on top.
This was a great way to arrive in Prague. My driver was waiting and was very kind and helpful. He provided a nice map and guide of Prague. Excellent service!
We got to the airport on time for our flight. The car was clean and the driver was friendly. He was running just 5 minutes late but called the hotel to let us know.
I'm sure there are several options to get from downtown to the airport, but we are big Viator fans and just booked thru Viator. Seamless and painless.
The diver was there waiting for us on arrival but wasn't sure where the hotel was he had to get help from someone when we showed him the address. He was quite moody and got his phone out for directions. The same thing happened on the way back they were 15 mins late and I was getting worried when they rang me and said they were lost, the hotel receptionist had to explain where we were and even then they seemed to struggle understanding her she said who is this person who does't know where we are. luckily we got there on time and both cars were very nice cars drivers not so good
Pickup was right on time. Picked us up in a very nice car. The driver was on time and helped us with our bags.
Not especially happy with the driver. Felt he was not focused on his driving. He made sudden stops and moves across traffic. We are from New York and we were concerned.
