Overall we were satisfied, but the experience and safety could be improved if driver was keeping the recommended distance behind other cars (half of km/h in meters) and not honking so frequently.

Very easy to book via WhatsApp and the communication was very responsive and helpful the whole way through. Perfect way to get from Hanoi to Ha Long after arriving so early into Hanoi from the Sapa night train.
