1/Este es un traslado privado ENTRE la estación de tren de Lao Cai y Sapa, por lo que puede elegir comenzar desde la estación de tren de Lao Cai hasta la ciudad de Sapa o comenzar desde la ciudad de Sapa hasta Lao Cait. 2/Ofrecemos recogida en el hotel (si es accesible para el vehículo). En caso de que ya haya realizado el check out o no necesite que lo recojan en el hotel, puede dirigirse al "punto de encuentro" para recibir a nuestros conductores y vehículos. 3. Para los viajes que comienzan desde Lao Cai, podemos recogerlo en la estación de tren o en cualquier hotel de la zona. Y lo dejamos en cualquier lugar de Sapa, como Stone Chuch; Pueblo de gatos; pueblo de Ta Van; Me encantan las cascadas o los hoteles/casas de familia a los que los vehículos tienen acceso. 4. Para los viajes que comienzan desde Sapa a Lao Cai, lo recogeremos en cualquier lugar de Sapa donde los vehículos tengan acceso y podemos dejarlo en la estación de tren o en cualquier hotel de la zona.

Private car quicker and better roads are a bit scary as you wind your way up the hill to Sapa but it’s worth it
Very good driver, helping with luggage and most important drives very carefully.
Imagine this: you arrive in a completely unfamiliar city at 6 AM, tired, carrying luggage… and the driver you booked in advance (and fully paid for!) simply does NOT show up at the agreed train station pickup point. I waited 40 minutes. No driver. No reply. Nothing. I called them multiple times, tried Zalo, sent messages… and not even Aviator’s support managed to get in touch with the agency. Total silence. Honestly? I do NOT recommend this company. They are absolutely unreliable. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind—look elsewhere.
Dear, We were surprised with your feedbacks because you called us very late night before asking for a cancellation and wanted to get back a full refund(7 hours before pickup). We explained that the cancellation is too late so it is impossible to get a full refund (not subject to the cancellation policty). And the next day the review written by you this way. Please delete it because it is not foar enough.

Driver was on loud speaker phone for 90% of the 1 hour trip, having a very loud conversation. I have had many taxi drivers with better manners. Not worth the money.
Dear customers, We hope that you should be honest on the feedback. You booked the ride from the Lao Cai train station to you homestay located in a remoted area. On arrival, you changed you decision and asked our driver to drive back to the Sapa central area which is 30 minute drive. Your unhappiness with the driver refusal seems unfair and wrong. You should respect the deal and should not post a negative review in a wrong way. Thank you!
