Primera parada después de que el avión está en Migración, después de que despeje la migración se dirigirá al área de Reclamación de Equipaje, una vez que tenga su equipaje procederá a ir al área de Aduanas, después de despejar la Aduana, debe salir del aeropuerto. Después de la aduana pasará por 2 habitaciones llenas de vendedores que tratarán de detenerlo, por favor ignórelos y simplemente siga caminando hacia la puerta de salida, una vez que despeje esta área, salga del aeropuerto a su derecha. Fuera del edificio frente a usted, hay el área de estacionamiento, con sombras con números en ella, por favor, solo busque la sombra # 7 aquí encontrará al representante del aeropuerto esperándolo. Recogida del hotel de regreso al aeropuerto se programará de acuerdo con la ubicación del hotel y la salida del vuelo.

Service was below expectation. Did not receive a pickup driver after confirming more than once. Would never recommend this company, they will leave you stranded.

We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide your departure service, as a way to apologize for this we issued a full refund on service, arrival transportation was provided on timely manner and we are giving it for free and we do pay for the taxi from your hotel to airport. It was not provided on our vehicle as had a last minute situation but we do not walk away from you, not we leave you stranded, we do responded to you, as we do really care and are a professional company that can have last minute situations out of our control, but still we do responded for it. I know many companies they wouldn't and dont.
The airport-resort round transportation was excellent. The driver was on time, courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond offering drinks during the trip and also by agreeing to make a quick stop to buy water bottles at the grocery store. The SUV was pristine and roomy. I highly recommend BellaTerra for transportation services.
They were fast, polite and the vehicles were clean and new. I really appreciated that we didn’t have to wait long when they picked us up at the airport. We have had other companies that are hard to locate and then make you wait for up to a hour with your bags in the heat. These guys were fast and professional. What more could you want?

Absolutely the best driver we have ever had! Luis is extremely professional and a very nice person. He was always prompt, helpful and a safe driver. We went with him for a golf excursion too. Throughly enjoyed our time with him!! Can’t say enough great things about him and his services!

Luis & Josefina were wonderful! The vehicle was new, clean, large… they really went out their way to make us feel not only welcome, but VIP. They were accommodating when we needed a ride to Flora Farms the next day. Will be using them again when we return in a couple of months.
