Brilliant service, from intial contact to arriving at my hotel, it really was seamless. I took a public ferry from Gili T to Gili air and after that journey prompted me to seek a private transfer for my journey to Lombok. This is where I contacted this company to help and they WhatsApp messaged me with pins all information I required, I paid online so no need to handle cash on the day. Taxi was waiting for me at the port and onto my hotel, saving me time and hassle, completely worth it!
