Our driver arrived early and patiently waited as we disembarked our cruise ship in the port of Piraeus, Greece. Our trip on to Athens was perfect and our driver stopped a few times to give us an opportunity to take afrw pictures of scenery items that he suggested
George was a fabulous driver! He took our luggage immediately upon arrival at the cruise terminal, situated us in his car quickly, then offered candy and water! He drove safely to our hotel and unloaded our luggage and transferred it inside the lobby for us! Very friendly and efficient!! Highly recommend George!
On-time transfer was excellent. Driver was holding a sign with our name so he was easy to spot. He was courteous, helpful with our bags. The vehicle was spotless.
My wife Gloria and I arranged three days of private tours with Travel Smart. At the completion of our cruise round trip from Athens we were picked up by private car, met our tour guide, and headed to the Acropolis. here we climbed to the Parthenon, and being only three of us, we could get past the throngs of visitors while climbing to the top. If you are going to Greece do not miss the Parthenon. This was followed by a tour of the Acropolis museum which is absolutely wonderful. Especially when you have guide to point out the many sites you might miss on your own. Our driver and guide the brought us to the Changing of the Guard, a real spectacle. And we also visited the Panathinaikon Stadium, site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Day two brought us to a boat ride on the Corinth Canal which connects the Gulf of Corinth in the Ionian Sea with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. This is a lovely ride and the canal, just 25 meters wide, is something to behold. We then continued to Epidaurus, reputed to be the birthplace of Apollo's son, Asclepius, the healer, the most celebrated healing center of the classical world. There we had an exceptional fish lunch with an amazing Greek salad. This is a beautiful place to visit, but a bit of a trip from Athens. Our last day included a not to be missed Foodies tour. With ten other guests we sampled delicious food and drink while touring the grand market and surrounding area. From there. on our pwn , we visited the Jewish Museum. for us that was very important.
The company was very accommodating. The transportation was there waiting for our group. The vehicles were exceptional.
The pick-up went very smoothly. The driver was friendly. We were very satisfied with everything… it was all just how it was described online… very easy booking!
Excellent service! My family and I came in from the Piraeus Cruise Terminal for the day. We were greeted immediately by the driver. He was very easy to find as he was holding up a sign with our last name on it. He brought us to the car and drove us right to Monastiraki Square. We had an amazing day walking around and getting lunch. Once we were done we called Irene to let her know we would like transportation back to the Cruise Terminal. This was not previously arranged because we weren’t sure what time we would be done in the area and didn’t want to rush our day, but Irene was extremely accommodating with our last minute request and got us a driver to come pick us up. Would absolutely use Travel Smart again.
I received a text confirming pick up from Piraeus Port to my stay in the city a couple of days before the date. I felt reassured that I would have no problem. Driver was great, courteous and friendly.
Our driver was very good. He pointed out several sights and gave us useful information for the best time to plan our visits.
We had Irene from Travel Smart advise us on what to see and where to go and it worked out really well. She is well-versed in looking after first time visitors to Greece. Certainly recommend her. Thanks Irene
