Alex was on time. He was very friendly and very polite. He seemed knowledgeable about the city and our 1 1/2 trip to the airport was very informative. We have used Viator a few times this holiday and have been extremely satisfied.
Best pick up service. Our driver was outstanding - friendly, helpful, punctual and a nice guy. In hindsight we wish we had also booked our tours with him
A very good transfer service provided by Alex, who speaks fluent English. He arrived early and drove us safely to GIG, Rio's international airport. Highly recommended.

Alessandro was prompt to our 5 pm pick up. He even came 10 minutes early at the hotel. It was a pleasant drive to the airport in a clean car and gave us info about Rio de Janeiro while driving us to the airport. I highly recommend his service for first timers in Brazil… Speaks fluent English too!

Alex arrived early, communicated the details of the pickup well in advance, and suggested a pickup time based on traffic conditions. He was professional, we had a great chat on the way to the airport as he speaks fluent English and I learned a lot about Brazil that I hadn't known. He even went above and beyond to offer me assistance in the future on a travel blog I am writing. I can't recommend him highly enough. Book this service and you will be very happy!

Alessandro is much more than a punctual and attentive driver, plus the owner of a clean and comfortable car! During our journey to the airport Santos Dumont gave us a beautiful lesson on the history of Rio de Janeiro (sorry the journey was short!!!). We deeply regret not knowing this to have hired him to show us Rio de Janeiro!

The driver was waiting when we were ready for our transportation to the airport. He was friendly and shared information about the area we were visiting. I accidentally left my phone in the car and the driver quickly found it and returned it to me before my flight!

This transfer was excellent. Prompt service, good communication as we knew all about pick-up in advance. Lovely comfortable private transfer Alex was so informative about Rio even though we were going to the airport. Alex also was helpful with baggage at the airport. Highly recommend this transfer and he does private tours too
