- Cualquier cambio en el número de tren o la hora de llegada debe comunicarse con al menos 24 horas de antelación a la hora de llegada original.
- En el caso de un tren cancelado o perdido, no se proporcionará el traslado. Si llega en un tren diferente con una nueva hora de recogida, se requerirá una nueva reserva de traslado.
- La duración de los traslados es aproximada; la hora exacta dependerá de la hora del día y las condiciones del tráfico.

Our flight into Rome was delayed which made us miss our train to Florence & caused a real chain reaction. After we paid for tickets for the new train we were kept waiting for several hours & the Italo trains were EXTREMELY late. We should’ve left by 2:10pm & didn’t leave until about 5pm! To add to all of this our train carriage door was inoperative & so we had to enter through the next carriage & walk all the way to our carriage. Additionally, the train operator didn’t give an estimate/update as to the timing for approaching stations & since we had to carry our luggage through 2 carriages to exit we ended up leaving our seats early so as not to miss our stop & ended up standing in the carriage entryway with our entire luggage for over an hour. It was an unpleasant experience. Of note, Italo sent a follow up to reimburse for the difference of the tickets we purchased but their refund terms are horrendous. They won’t just credit it back to your credit card used for the original purchase. They’re requesting bank a/c information & SSN all to do a very nominal transaction!!
Just seamless! Our driver was early and very easy to find. Very professional and accommodating. Helped us with our luggage. The van was spotless and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver.
I would like a refund for this trip. I was traveling with a special-needs daughter, and we literally walked around that entire train station. We walked to the pharmacy. We walked to the McDonald’s and there was nobody around with a sign holding our name we were stuck at that train station for five hours with no way to get to her our hotel I would like a refund and if this is not possible, I will go through my bank and I will dispute the charge.
The driver was so patient with us. Were were a group of 6 adults with a lot of luggage and he made sure we were all comfortable and arrived at our hotel safe.

Wonderful experience, but I do recommend allowing travelers a little more time to meet the driver. 15-20 minutes isn't enough if you are traveling with luggage and a family. Sometimes you have a very long walk from your train to the exit. Our driver was punctual, helpful, and courteous.
Our experience with this transfer service was nothing short of exceptional. After a 3-hour flight delay and a missed connection that resulted in a 2-hour train delay, we arrived in Florence nearly five hours behind schedule. Despite all this, the transfer team made an exception and patiently waited for us. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. We were a group of six, including my 80-year-old mother, and the driver went above and beyond to ensure her comfort—he gently assisted her into the car first, which meant a great deal to us. It was close to 100°F outside, and stepping into the cool, perfectly climate-controlled vehicle felt like an oasis after 20 hours of travel. The team helped us with all our luggage and welcomed us with genuine warmth. It was a moment of pure relief—every bit of stress, fatigue, and tension melted away the instant we were picked up. This was hands down the most courteous, professional, and thoughtful transfer service I have ever used. Highly, highly recommended.
The driver arrived early as our train arrived early. He had our name visible. He gave us really great ideas and pointers of things to do while in Florence.
