The driver was on time, very pleasant and professional, and made this a comfortable and pleasant ride to the airport. I would definitely recommend him.

All was well and very correct, upon arrival the driver was there and within 5 minutes after landing with hand luggage I was in the taxi! Would surely use their service again.
Prepare for poor communication, multiple emails and multiple phone numbers to contact. Cherry on top is lack of details about your pickup specifics. Would not use again. Should probably be 1 star
Our driver was perfectly on time, waiting for us right at the arrival exit and even helped with our luggage. The car was clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned, which made us feel instantly relaxed after a flight. The ride was smooth, and the driver was friendly, offering great tips about places to visit and local food in Luxor. It was completely stress-free, and the price was very reasonable—much more convenient than arranging transportation on our own.
I paid for a private pick-up service at the airport, expecting a hassle-free, direct transfer. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to share the taxi with two other people and wait for them before we could depart. This was very disappointing because paying for a private transfer implies exclusivity and convenience, not sharing or waiting. At the end after 15 minutes going back and forth they gave me my private transport.
This was by far the best tour company I used during my stay in Luxor. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely choose them again when I return to Luxor in the future. On my way back to Korea, they even gave me a small gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thanks to them, I’m leaving Egypt with wonderful memories.
I originally booked the ride for the wrong day and the tour operator quickly fixed the date for me. The driver was on time and car was nice and clean
Upon arrival we could not find the taxi driver the Luxor Airport, suca a small airport. Then, after looking around for a half hours, we finally found him to ride on the taxi. At the end, it was ok. But if you use this service, you are better to mention and make sure the detsil meeting point prior to the event to avoid unnecessary swet.
This driver was so easy to locate as he stood infront of arrivals holding a placard. He was polite and really nice. He also gave us brief history of Luxor as he drove us to our hotel. I would recommend this company over and over again.
