Traslado privado desde el centro de la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela al aeropuerto SCQ

We booked an airport transfer to Santiago de Compostela Airport .Pablo was on time to pick us up at the hotel. We had large suitcases and an additional one that he managed to fit in the van. Very professional and courteous. Halfway to the airport we realized one of our friends left her phone at the hotel and we asked if we can go back.He said he has another client after us and he can’t be late for that, but he offered to go back to the hotel and drop the phone to the airport for us. Nobody would do that for us in the US, so I was not expecting that he would really do it. I got a call after 20 mins , he said he went back to the hotel but the front desk told him that the cleaners will be back at 7am and they have the keys to the room. He is asking if we are willing to wait for him , unfortunately we are out of time so we told him that we will have another friend pick it up for us. Pablo’s sincerity, honesty and exceptional is above and beyond what we expected.👏👏👏

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had. Our driver needed an exact location for pick up and I told him we were going to be on a walking tour and I did not have that location yet. He kept calling and texting well past midnight and I let him know as soon as I have the information I would give it to him. I had the street, but not the exact address. When we were picked up from the airport, we used the same company and we told that driver that we did not have an exact location. He said it wouldn’t be a problem just to text him when we found out. When he dropped us off, we let him know to just pick us up at the same location he’s dropping us off. That way there would be no confusion and he said that would not be a problem. When we were waiting for a pick up, we called the company since our driver had not shown up. He said he was not the driver for our return, but he would pass on the information. He let the owner know and when we called the owner he said we were not at the correct place that they had sent us via WhatsApp the location where they would be picking us up. I had already told him the night before that I would not have Internet service that he would need to text me, which he did not. We let him know we had told the driver in the morning where to pick us up. We went back and forth and what ended up happening is that he said we had five minutes to get to where he was, we looked at our GPS. It was going to take us seven minutes to walk over there, he left because we did not arrive in those five minutes. We ended up having to take a taxi back to the airport.

Driver arrived on time (5 minutes early). The vehicle was clean. Easy and efficient. There were no problems.

I had booked a luxury vehicle and paid a premium price. I was driven to the airport in an average van. I did not get what I wanted and would have appreciated it if I was told this was the best vehicle available in Santiago de Compostela.
