ASEGÚRESE DE INFORMARNOS DE SU HORA ESTIMADA DE LLEGADA. Por favor, prepárese en los pilares de hormigón #10 o #11 frente al Café Baretto en El Aurora AirPort. La salida Blue Wing (Ala Celeste) te llevará allí. Para las recogidas en el hotel, en el vestíbulo de su hotel, 5 minutos antes de la hora de recogida previamente acordada.

Everything was very good with the service. Recommended. They picked us up at the airport door and dropped us off at the door of our accommodation.
Amazing!! Bayron helped us throughout our entire trip and gave recommendations of things to do and see! He was very kind and got us to each destination safely.
We asked for a specific location and never got there. It's honestly better to just do a shared shuttle, it's cheaper and you have more people if things goes wrong.
First you are not giving enough information to check our communication with our customers to see all details. Our product specifically states "Private transfer from La Aurora airport to PANAJACHEL" . If you are not heading to Panajachel but to another town of the 11 towns around, then that is not included in the service. If your hotel or place is in a narrow street, we can not get there and we will drop customers as close as possible. Do not give vague information to confuse our customers, be clear and specific, so that we can explain clearly what happened, and what was the reason.
The transfer was fantastic. The only thing was that the car that picked us up was not the range they advertise, if not inferior.

Had Pablo as a driver who was great and spoke perfect English. We chatted about food the entire time, got some tips on what to try in Guatemala and he helped me find a working atm on the way.

The gentleman made me feel very safe and comfortable. I was absolutely starving, and he actually stopped on the way, so that I could grab some food. He was friendly and we bonded over music and our language barrier. I actually wished I had his contact info so that I could’ve used him again.
