Don’t expect the van in the advertisement. I was expecting a Mercedes and got a Toyota with barely enough room for our luggage. This was the reason we overpaid as we had a lot of luggage. And communication was not easy with the vendor
We had a delay in our flight. Contacted the Driver Faheed and we coordinated the new pickup time and location. After the Airport staff sent us to the wrong pickup area. Faheed tracked us down and we had a great ride to the hotel
Great once we got connected hard to find at airport because only thing was a wee problem with luggage not claimed and security tight they where making sure it was not a bomb
Great driver, easy process, clean car. The van was immaculate and even had a car seat (which we did not need) and the driver was very professional.
Driver was prompt and very professional. He messaged in advance to let us know where to meet him. The vehicle was a large Mercedes van and very comfortable.
I booked it and it was cancelled because the luggage would not fit, I booked it a second time and paid for it and they no longer cancelled it. If I fit all our luggage

When we got off of our plane our driver texted and told us where to meet him that he was there. We got our bags, went through customs and he was there. It all went flawless.
Tour guide excellent very knowledgeable, beautiful montane and magnificent adventure we really recommend to any one visiting Australia that don't miss this experience
