Entre las Puertas C y D, frente a Información Turística, encontrará su recepción. Allí, te estarán esperando con un cartel que muestra tu nombre. Es importante recordar que el aeropuerto ofrece conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, por lo que puede iniciar sesión para ponerse en contacto con su recepción"

Staff that meet you at the airport where easy to identify and very polite and helpful. The car was nice and clean. My driver was very professional, polite and a good driver. We could not speak each others language but we managed. Would highly recommend this driver and service. I use Viator driver services wherever I travel in the world and have never been disappointed

Peaceful, smooth ride, ac in car. Driver had translator which made communication better. Friendly expirence.
Viator verbiage said we could have 6 guests, I checked bag and one carry on. Upon arrival we were told one bag only. The vehicle sent could not accommode bags nor 6 passengers. 3 people went with this service and the rest of us had to hire a taxi for 60.00 American dollars. I will not use this service again.
A high cost for easy transportation, it is preferable to order an Uber fare better. I Feel Conned With This Service
Worst ride-hailing experience, they put you on the premium. You pay more than the real thing. It's best to order Uber.
I was very disappointed with this service. we were greeted then told to wait a few minutes. After the Representative took care of another customer then we were put in a regular taxi. Then the taxi took the representative to his personal car on an airport side street, we then continued on to our hotel. If I had wanted a black and yellow taxi I would not have made these arrangements and paid the extra money.
Courteous and efficient driver but, as far as the car was concerned, many notches down from the Mercedes appearing in the ad!
After 30hours if travel our arranged drive was not there. We waited outside of arrivals area and the went outside. Internet was sketchy. Tried phoning on WhatsApp no response. Information booth helped us with the language barrier and put us in a taxi with 2others. I did get a WhatsApp msg later that driver waiting upstairs? Anyway we made it. Probably miscommunication.
