Recoger instrucciones del aeropuerto: “Después de pasar por inmigración y aduanas, proceda a recoger su equipaje y diríjase a la salida. Al salir del área de aduanas e inmigración, tendrá la opción de llevar su equipaje facturado con usted o hacer que lo transfieran a la terminal principal para su recogida. Tenga en cuenta que NO debe transferir su equipaje a otra terminal, proceda a recoger su equipaje en la terminal donde aterriza su vuelo, ya que su conductor lo estará esperando allí. Nota : Recuerda descargar WhatsApp en tu teléfono y contactar a POLITTAN para obtener el número de teléfono de tu driver asignado. No abandone el edificio sin contactar primero con el conductor. Terminal A : Recoge tu equipaje en el nivel 2 donde te estará esperando tu conductor asignado con un cartel con tu nombre. Terminal B : Recoge tu equipaje en el nivel 2 donde te estará esperando tu conductor asignado con un cartel con tu nombre. Terminal C : Recoge tu equipaje en el nivel 6, pasa por la puerta, sigue recto y busca la zona "Meet & Greet" donde el conductor te estará esperando."

Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …
