This was an excellent service! Our driver Samir monitored our flight which was delayed. Excellent communication. Samir helped with our luggage and delivered us promptly to our hotel. He was courteous and professional. The van was super clean and there were bottles of water for us too. I highly recommend this service to get your group comfortably from the airport to your hotel in a timely and stress free manner. It is well worth the price!

Our driver Raed was very professional and friendly, spoke English perfectly, and met us in the arrivals hall after coordinating by WhatsApp. The drive into Munich (about 30 min) was smooth, and Raed unloaded all of our bags from the car.

We had a great experience. Khalid was our driver. He actually arrived earlier than I expected and texted his location. He was waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim. He was helpful and friendly, answered questions and delivered quickly to our hotel.

Able to get all 6 adults and luggage in vehicle. Driver was patient and waited for our luggage to arrive and got it all in the back. Provided cold water which was nice after a long flight.
