Por favor, busque a la persona en la camiseta granate con su nombre. Si no puede encontrar a su conductor, INSTRUCCIONES DE RECOGIDA DEL HOTEL : Lo recogeremos en la zona principal del vestíbulo del hotel. Para su traslado de regreso al aeropuerto, la hora de recogida se programará 3,5 horas antes de la hora de salida de su vuelo que figura en esta reserva.

Booing was easy. Communication for coordinating meeting driver was adequate. Driver was ready and easy to find at pickup. Tansport to hotel without any setbacks. All great.
It was a nice ride and a nice vehicle. The driver was very nice and informative, he explained the attractions and what needs to be seen while in Costa Rica
Driver was so kind and friendly. We had to change our time to an earlier pick up and they were quick to respond to accommodate this and showed up on time when we needed them. We learned so much about Costa Rica on our way to the airport. Van was like brand new and it was a a very safe and comfortable ride.
Driver was there outside the airport when we exited the airport which was good no waiting at all. He was friendly although he spoke very little English he tried to communicate with us as well as we with him.

Herman, our driver, was waiting for us when we left the airport lobby, holding a sign that clearly identified us as his customers. He was friendly and talkative on our trip to the hotel, giving us lots of information about his country and local life. We had made a new friend by the time we got to the hotel.
