Driver was waiting for us past baggage claim. Even had our name spelled correctly Highly recommend for the nervous traveler.
Very nice driver. A bit of a long ride from the Kayseri airport to our hotel in Urgup. Private transfer is definitely the way to go if the price is not an issue. The tour operator tried charging me an extra 10 euros because our hotel was “out of the way.” I refused to pay the additional charge on the on the premise that the price quote given to me by Viator was based (at least to my knowledge) on the hotel address. I still tipped the driver as I felt he earned it and he provided us with excellent service
If you are traveling and need transportation to/from Izmir airport, use THIS service! Trustworthy, timely, and well-priced…we ended up using them twice. The team kept great communication and was waiting for us with a sign when we landed. The gentleman took care of all of our bags and drove safely and effectively to our hotel. Upon pickup, back to the airport, he awaited us in our hotel and we didn’t touch a bag. A+ service!!!
