I thought it was a greet at baggage claim to assist with luggage. Instead we needed to gather our bags and proceed to the ride share pickup area and waited for 30 minutes for our driver to arrive. We could have used Uber for the same service for a lot less.
Our driver was courteous and professional. We traveled with another couple who were on a different flight. Their flight was delayed and we still were able to use the service despite the delay. Great service.
James was so amazing, so patient & great driving. The car was a spacious Cadillac which was perfect, as well as the pretty fresh leis.
Texted at wrong time and refused to come at the right time. Could have been zero but thanks to viator customer service we got a ride from another company

The best island transport there is. Anthony is the best! Courteous, a local who knows the island and is very easy to talk with. This is our 20th trip to the islands, wish we would have found these folks a long time ago.Was waiting at the airport when we arrived. Prompt Hotel pickup, very flexible. It was a very talkative ride between me, my sister and the driver. He was very cool to ride with. He told us some history of Hawaii. He said his name means squid. I loved the ride to the airport and to the hotel room. Very kind and sweet people. Hawaii was a beautiful experience. Take a tour or two. You will learn a lot.
