Travel at this time with the new immigration requirements for Europe as well as just flying is a nightmare. This is the second bad experience I have had with this company and will not be using them again. I took more than an hour to leave the customs area and had let the driver know. He assured me that he would wait for me which he did; took me to my hotel and then said because he waited over the complimentary hour, I had to pay him again. The company absolutely refused to offer me any sort of consideration in spite of the travel notices about how busy the airport was. Good customer service goes a long way; this was not the case!
Driver was there early. Uses WhatsApp for communication so make sure you have that. We booked a vehicle for 6 people and luggage, and they handled that well.

Was ready 2 hours earlier than my scheduled pickup time at BCN airport. Contacted Viator and my driver reached out and was there! Fabulous way to start trip in Barcelona. Driver was courteous and friendly. Helped me with my luggage!

I booked this as a transfer service from the Barcelona Airport to my hotel in Castelldefels. Very convenient and easy to meet up. My flight was delayed and I messaged the operator with the updates. I got a text right after my arrival asking to let them know when we were through passport control. They were very accommodating.
