Driver was late so I had to call him. Then he showed up across the street instead of driving over to where we were. We had to tug our luggage over to him. Once in then we had a good ride.

Our driver arrived early and waited for all of us, helped with our luggage very courteous. His Mercedes Van was perfect for the 5 of us with all our luggage and very clean and well kept. He helped unload all our luggage and we were off to our cruis!
