Excellent communication from the company and driver. Our river boat wasn’t able to make it all the way to Nuremberg but we were able to change our pick up location to the city where we ended up docking. Car was very nice with lots of room
Due to an unexpected change in our plans, we had to request a pickup in a different town. Rudi came and picked us up in the new spot and allowed us to make two stops along the way: Cesky Krumlov (our choice) and then to Castle zamek-hluboka (Rudi’s recommendation). What a great suggestion! Not only was the ride beautiful and scenic, Rudi was also a fabulous driver. It may sound crazy, but the drive was so incredibly smooth- even on the curvy backroads in Germany and Czech Republic, he kept the ride super easy. It was an excellent experience all around.

Driver arriving 40+ minutes late. Packing the small car. The smell of cigarette smoke wreaking in the car for the 3 hour drive from Nuremberg to Prague.

However, your feedback is not quite fair we take this as an opportunity to show how we take into account, not very positive reactions as yours. We arranged all 3 rides for you the best way we knew. You've booked a sedan car for 2 travelers during the whole itinerary. You informed us only 24h before the start that you will have twice as much luggage and large FedEx boxes than allowed for a sedan car, and this is clearly stated in the product description. For the 2 first rides, we managed to reschedule quickly and assign a larger MPV car without any surcharge (usually around € 60 more). Our drivers are professional & punctual, and the cars are clean. The last ride was also completely excellently provided by our driver. We investigated and double-checked all the information, and we have to point out that your words are not true at all. Our driver was at the hotel 40 minutes earlier and contacted you, and his car is exclusively non-smoking. We can provide evidence if you are interested. Our driver was very careful and knew exactly where to go to get us to some special sites along the way. I would highly recommend Frantisek for any kind of tour or transfers. English speaking from Prague and we had a very nice day. It could not have been better for us. Planning to do another transfer next July already.
