Comms from the company was great. Unfortunately the driver was a few minutes late and not very friendly at all. That said, we got to the airport on time.

We were picked up at our hotel and it was the smoothest most comfortable ride! Our driver was incredibly nice and even gave us a tour on the way to the airport with great information to end our trip. He was super kind and helpful!

We booked a transport from Naples Airport to our hotel in sorrento. Our flight was delayed and when we requested a driver for that night they refused to refund our afternoon booking, after saying we would be refunded. The message they sent upon booking claimed “ that we do not charge for the waiting time between landing and the actual exit from the airport, nor for any flight delay that is not attributable to our customer.” Unfortunately that was not the case. We were charged twice to rebook a driver for that night that was incredibly rude and did not speak to us the entire ride. I would never book this service again.
We are sorry that your flight was significantly delayed and understand how stressful that must have been. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances, as they are not accurately described in your review. The additional charge was not for the waiting time between your flight landing and your exit from the airport. As we explained several times, it was due to the exceptional delay of your flight, which arrived approximately seven hours later than scheduled. Your original driver had already been assigned and paid for the scheduled pickup time. Because of the lengthy delay, we had to arrange and pay for a new driver later that evening in order to provide your transfer. We also explained that airlines are generally responsible for costs arising from significant flight delays. For this reason, we issued you a receipt for the additional payment so that you could request reimbursement from your airline or travel insurance. We always accommodate reasonable flight delays whenever possible without additional charges. However, when a delay requires us to completely reorganize the service and pay for a second transfer, the resulting costs cannot be absorbed by our company. Despite the exceptional circumstances, we ensured that transportation was available for you upon arrival, and we provided all the documentation necessary to help you recover the additional expense.

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived to the train station and we were off to Sorrento in style in his beautiful BMW with amazing AC to beat the heat! Driver was kind and courteous and drove very safe. If you’re looking for a high class way to beat the heat and crowds of the local train to Sorrento this is Highly recommended! As a bonus, our driver also knew so much about the local area, history, and even had a few restaurant suggestions!
