Very reliable, great service. Clean and safe vehicle. We transferred from Luxor to Hurghada, driver was on time. Only one rest stop of 20 min.
Make sure to contact the operator the day prior to ensure they get the right date of your ride. I booked for the Nov 17th and when I contacted them the night before they said I booked for the 18th. So i sent him the confirmation. Aside from that the ride to Hurghada was smooth and enjoyable. The van was clean and we felt safe. The driver was on time as well which we very much appreciate.
The driver was very prompt, polite and friendly. We had friends who stayed at a different hotel in Luxor. They didn't charge us extra for the additional pick up location. The van was clean and comfortable. For this particular transfer, the price booked via Viator was much better than those from booking.com.

Efficient, excellent service. The van was very clean, modern, and spacious and our driver was safe and friendly. We were picked up in Luxor and driven to Hurghada. This was much easier than flying and more comfortable.

Very satisfied the service ! Tour opertor contacted us via Viator's message and Whatsapp (if has) after booking confirmed requesting the required documents for police permission provided driver name 1 day before travel date and followed up your satisfaction after trip completed. The 2 drivers (we got a van) showed up ontime drove politely and arrived destination safely as time estimated. Very professional service and Highly recommended
The van get us just on time, and the driver was kind. We stop to lunch on a very hot restaurant, with no air conditioner, bai the food was ok.

Although the transfer from Luxor to Hurghada was not terrible we had a very bad experience with our driver. First he made a rest stop that we didn't need and left us in the car with no AC for 20 minutes while he took a break. We had another company drive us from Aswan to Luxor who didn't need a break. After we arrived, he complained about the tip that we gave him saying that it was too little. He is the ONLY tour operator/driver that complained about tip during our one-week stay in Egypt. Finally, while the picture on this site advertises a van, we had a random car instead which raised a lot of safety concerns.
