Make sure you have cash for fees (tolls and parking) at the end of the trip. When I handed the driver a tip he informed me I had to pay those fees. I would expect those charges to be included when my credit card is charged.

Was on time and communication was very good with them. Driver kept in contact with me regarding the pickup. Good driver. The only thing that was a little strange was the driver asked me for $25.00 for a tax? I had already given him a tip and then he asked me for the $25.00 for the tax. I was never informed about an extra tax that I would have to pay. There was a language barrier and all he could say that it wasn't from him it was from his boss. We used the same company a week later and no one asked me for extra money for the tax. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Being stranded. Error made by Viator in cost charged. Informed when on flight to Orlando. Carmel car service would not take the difference in cost or accept a new booking. 76 years old with a cane arriving in Orlando and no pick up.
