Very easy process. Francisco was professional and full of great information. Highly recommended. Easily fit 7 people.

The flight was 20 minutes late. The driver obviously did not track this flight. He left and did not even send us a message. When we phoned we were told we were a no show and there was nothing they could do to help We will not use BeDriven again

Francisco was very pleasant and polite. He was at the airport when we arrived. He gave us very good tips and send us a note with ideas of “must visit” places and must try food. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

We were a bit delayed and driver waited for us. Nice after a not so timely flight. Very knowledgeable about Porto and great conversation during transport.

The individual was waiting with a sign right as we exited and took our bags and off we went. Couldn't have been any smoother.

João was great! He was prompt and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, not just in Porto but in other cities we had on our agenda! Highly recommend!

Our driver was punctual and drove us efficiently to our hotel. We had to change our pick-up time twice due to flight changes and cancelations at the last minute. Adjustments for these changes were made without any problems and tge company communicated with us to confirm the changes.

Joao was wonderful. He communicated clearly for us about pick up details. He was very friendly and personable, and we would definitely use him again. We were able to arrange a car seat for our toddler as well.

I had high hopes for this company since they're rated 5 stars on Viator, but I couldn't recommend them less. We had a HORRIBLE experience in Porto. Our plane landed 17 minutes late. I texted the driver as soon as we landed and again once we got to baggage claim. Unfortunately, two of our suitcases were lost, so we had to file a claim. From landing until our claim was filed, it was an hour and 15 minutes exactly. We were ready to leave the airport by 11:30am. The driver called me and told me he had another customer he had to drive, but that he could pick us up at 12:30pm. So, we waited. At 12:07pm, he called again to say he was running late and it would be at least another hour before he could pick us up. If we waited for him, we would have been waiting a total of 2 hours. AT THE DRIVER'S SUGGESTION, we instead took a cab to our hotel. The company is hardly apologetic and will not refund a single penny that we paid them. They said they only wait up to one hour for you, but this was not stated anywhere on the booking. I paid them $60 USD and a taxi cost us $30 USD. So, I ended up paying almost $100 USD for a 25 minute ride to our hotel. Do yourselves a favor and just take a taxi or Uber. There are plenty of them available, even in peak tourist season. PS The driver's other customer was also at the airport, so because he didn't drive us to our hotel, he actually saved gas and mileage overall.
