En el aeropuerto internacional de Suvarnabhumi, salga de la sala de llegadas, gire a la derecha y camine hasta el punto de encuentro en la salida 3. Después de llegar al aeropuerto de Suvarnabhumi, realice los trámites de inmigración y recoja su equipaje. Permanezca en el nivel de reclamo de equipaje y continúe hasta el punto de encuentro frente a la Puerta 3; por favor, no suba ni baje ningún piso. From the moment I landed in Bangkok, this private transfer service made my arrival seamless and comfortable. The communication before arrival was clear, with detailed instructions on where to meet the driver. Once I located the meeting point, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a sign with my name, which made me feel instantly at ease. The vehicle was modern, clean, and air-conditioned—perfect after a long flight. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely through Bangkok’s traffic. The actual transportation was very good. The vehicle was nice and the driver very friendly. However, I have given only a three because of the challenge of finding the driver. I was given good instructions but when I arrived at gate four as instructed I could not find my name nor the company I had booked with. I asked one of the attendants and she directed me to the next gate. After searching for awhile I gave up and sent a message. I was then directed back to gate four. Eventually I saw my name but had missed it because somehow another name was on the end of mine. The company on my little sign was also not the one I had booked with. I was then sent out into the chaotic traffic to find my driver by license number. This was no different than finding an UBER … or BOLT here in Thailand. This service was a premium priced so I would encourage in the future to find a premium way of connecting client and driver.
