Very bad; they never came for us. And they never answered either messages or calls; they left us waiting at the airport, and we had to pay for another service.
Very good experience. Was waiting for us right away. Took us safely to our destination. I highly recommend. Plus it was very affordable.

Our driver was on time waiting for me outside immigration. he was very cordial, kind, and brought us to our hotel safely. Unfortunately, because I had such a long flight I can't recall his name. However I am writing this review to personally express my gratitude to him.

I walked out of customs and right near the exit to the door of the airport was my driver holding a paper with my name printed in big letters. We walked straight out to his car and we’re out of the airport in no time. The car was clean and cool. I was dropped off right in front of my hotel. No issues and exactly what was needed!! Great for a solo traveler.

Our flight to Guayaquil was scheduled to arrive at 10:30 pm. Although our hotel offered an airport shuttle, I didn’t want to wait for it to arrive, so I decided to book a private pick-up. Our flight arrived 30 minutes early, and we cleared customs quickly. I was a little concerned that our driver wouldn’t be there, but as soon as we walked out of customs, I scanned the area and saw someone holding a sign with our name. The driver knew exactly where we were going and we arrived at our hotel in no time. Terrific experience. We communicated directly with the company in advance of our trip and everything went smoothly.

I texted amd emailed that flight had bomb scare and delayed sent NEW flight info no one at airport caught cab costs 6.00 you should refund I am travel agent with Travelstore not recommend this service
