Somos un grupo de amigos que se conocieron en la universidad y comenzamos esta empresa de viajes en 2017. Nos graduamos de la Universidad de Estambul en el Departamento de Turismo y Guías Turísticos. Cada uno de nosotros tiene una licencia de guía turístico profesional. Todos nuestros conductores tienen una licencia especial del Municipio de Turismo. Somos muy conscientes de que este sector se basa en la confiabilidad y los comentarios de los huéspedes. The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.
Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
