Booked a private round trip to and from the airport and resort. Easy to set up, the staff were courteous and professional. Private transfer as requested for our party of 7.

I paid for the shared shuttle, but Gray Line called me and told me I might be stuck at the airport for 3 hours waiting for the shuttle to fill up, so they upsold me on getting the private shuttle for $60 each way. They didn't make it clear that the cost was per person, so the total ended up being $240 round trip for 2 people on top of what we paid for the shared shuttle. Not ideal, but acceptable if the vehicles were comfortable and well-maintained. They were not. Both the departing and return vans weren't particularly clean and the suspensions on both vehicles were awful. They bounced around on bumpy streets, providing an extremely jarring ride when paired with aggressive drivers. The return vehicle from the resort to the airport absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke even though there was a no smoking sign clearly posted inside and the cloth seating was stained. It was also freezing cold with the air conditioning vents visibly broken and locked in the wide open position. We arrived for our flight very carsick. I've rented shuttles in many countries, and this was definitely the worst experience I've had - especially considering the price. For over $300 round-trip, we should've been in a comfortable SUV. This was absolute robbery.

We had to wait an early 30 minutes to get our privately arrange shuttle. Then when we got in it, there’s 3 cups and empty containers from the last trip.

Service was on time and friendly. Got us to and from our resort with ease. Reasonable price for round-trip service. Our flight got changed on the way home and it was simple to send them a message and reschedule our pickup time.

We are currently 2 days from our trip to Cabo and sorting out the final details, especially with airport shuttle service and additional excursions. Our resort offered us concierge service, and shuttle service, but after negotiating our deals, we decided to go with Gray Line. While the resort was very helpful and responsive, we chose to go with Gray Line as our Concierge, Raul just seemed more eager to accommodate our needs within our budget. I cannot say enough positive about our experience so far, as it seems Raul truly cared about helping us put the 'WOW! Factor' into our vacation planning. We are over the moon with the experience so far and will update as our trip progresses. So far; I cannot stress enough to you that THIS is the concierge to use AND the company you want for solidifying your vacation needs / wants outside of your accommodations. For the record, I am just a traveler like you and have not been incentivized in any way to write this, but I believe in credit where credit is due... To be continued...
