The driver was 45 minutes late due to ongoing issues at AMS. Not their fault but they should have told me as it was 2 more hours to hotel. This is normally a 15 minutes trip. I would have cancelled and taken the train.

Driver never showed up. No phone contact. When customer service finally responded by text, they were not helpful. Had to take an Uber. It was fine and 1/3 the price.

Never happened limo driver never showed up. We had to walk 2 miles with luggage for an uber. We spoke to your representative and got no help. I wi not use Trip Advisor again

With the directions received from Viator on meeting place it was easy to find out ride. The driver was very considerate and helpful.

We arrived in Amsterdam at the airport, our driver was no where to be found. I called Viator who had to send us to another tour operator at the other end of the airport. We were never notified of where our original driver was to meet us. Once we were able to secure another ride, because it was King's Day, the driver could not take us even close to our hotel due to the road closures. We were dropped off over a mile away. This operator should have never taken our reservation knowing we could not get to our hotel. They took our money without shame. Awful!

The driver we had was excellent. However, getting to the counter to let the driver know we had arrived was not an easy task. Instructions were not very good, especially for someone that has not be at this airport. I had to call Viator to get directions.

Directions to pick-up point were confusing. We called the phone number given on the reservation and the wonderful women who answered gave better directions to an airport desk where we were given more explicit directions. Our driver was unable (unwilling?) to drop us in front of our hotel due to traffic congestion.

I booked this for my senior parents and was a little concerned as I know how confusing Schipol can be. However, the communication was great which made the driver easy to find (when compared to other transfers we had in Amsterdam). The street were they had to be dropped was not accessible by car, but he made sure to drop them as close as possible. I would definitely use Transferz next time I visit Amsterdam.

Most convenient and worry less upon arrival. We typically use mass transit, but having a ride of our own made traveling with a toddler much easier.
