Terrible experience. The driver went to the wrong terminal and then could not find where we exited the terminal. After multiple tries we finally connected and the driver had a very bad attitude which also affected his driving. I will never use this service provider or book airport transfers through Viator since they do not do a good job screening their operators.

My driver Dean was excellent, he met me at the airport on time and loaded my bags. Got me to my hotel in no time.

Our flight was delayed. Our driver was gracious and unhurried. Even though we were anxious for her schedule, she treated us as though we were her only customers for the day.

Our driver had to wait for us because it took 45 minutes to get the luggage and he was so pleasant . Waiting for us just outside baggage with our new on a sign. Easy to find him and the van was parked right outside the exit door. He loaded and unloaded the luggage when we got to the hotel and everything went very smoothly.

I received a note and then a phone call from our driver while we were waiting for our luggage to arrive at baggage claim. Our driver had our name on a sign. We went to her beautiful Mercedes Van and she wisked us off to Munich. Highly recommend this site if you need transportation to Munich.

The airport in Munich was CLOSED!. No planes could land. I had asked prior to booking if the drivers monitored flights to ensure they did not go when a flight was delayed etc. This was the worst snow storm in Munich since 1933 the airport closed and THIS COMPANY KEPT ALL OUR MONEY since we did not cancel 24 hours. In this case SHAMEFUL! The hotel did not charge us, our per-booked tours let us change dates at no charge, the airline compensated us but they kept 185.00 and said they would pick us up the next day if we paid them AGAIN! . We planned to use their service in Berlin but cancelled. This was a once in a century closure of airport and they kept our money “so sad too bad”. Buyer beware. This is not a Viator issue, it is a poor business practice from the local operator who could not pick anyone up from an airport that was closed so probably kept lots of money from stranded passengers. Such poor customer service! Shocking!

Due to severe weather in Munich the airport was closed for 2 days and our flights were cancelled twice we could not use the service and were unable to cancel on line and had no phone number to call. I contacted Viator to request a cancellation and refund but they did nothing to resolve my problem.
