Se incluye una hora de espera gratuita tras el aterrizaje. Hoteles/Residencias: Su conductor le esperará en la recepción del hotel o frente a la dirección indicada (residencia privada, apartamento, Airbnb, etc.). Se incluyen 30 minutos de tiempo de espera gratuito. Su conductor se pondrá en contacto con usted antes de la recogida por teléfono o a través del sistema de mensajería de Viator o TripAdvisor, utilizando los datos de contacto que usted haya proporcionado. También puedes comunicarte por SMS o WhatsApp si están habilitados. Si es necesario, puede dejar un mensaje directamente a través de Viator o TripAdvisor. Importante : No se permiten cambios de dirección después de la reserva. Cancelación: Se cobrará el 100% si se cancela con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la salida. Política de espera: Para aeropuertos: Si transcurre más de una hora de tiempo de espera gratuito después del aterrizaje, el conductor deberá marcharse y el traslado se considerará finalizado. A huge thank you for this wonderful discovery of Paris! Much more than just a simple trip, it was a true personalized guided tour. Our driver took the time to show us the iconic places of the capital, but also more confidential spots offering magnificent views of the city. His knowledge of Paris, kindness, and professionalism made this experience particularly enjoyable. He was able to adapt to our desires while sharing many interesting pieces of information about Parisian history and culture.
