Exceptional Service
Thiago was exceptional - communicated with us well before arrival so we felt prepared and safe for our late arrival. Once we arrived Thiago was the best! Giving us a mini tour on our way to the hotel, filled with recommendations for activities and food. To cap it off Thiago made sure our check in to the hotel was successful making us feel very comfortable through the process

Our transfer with Thiago was excellent. He contacted us prior to our flight to let us know where he’d be waiting for us. He was at the airport with a clear sign, helped us with our luggage, provided water and candies on our ride, and gave us information about the city as he drove. He was very friendly and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this service.
