Invitados del puerto de cruceros : Reúnase en la salida principal del puerto de cruceros cerca del Edificio de la Policía de Turismo 15 - 20 minutos antes de la salida. Invitados del aeropuerto : Reúnase en el área de recogida de llegadas 15–20 minutos antes de su hora de recogida.

I errantly booked the wrong time based on military time (booked 1700 instead of 1900) and was so grateful the driver called to let me know and arrange his schedule to accomodate. Our flight was late and he waited. He also provided a wonderful history of the island en route. Book with this local company. It was 5 stars plus for us!
I can’t say enough good things about PAL and his service! He was right on time picking us up at the port (next to the Nassau police station) and at Atlantis for our day trip. He made sure we knew how to contact him if we needed to return to the ship earlier or later. The bus was very clean with good A/C as well as excellent markings for picking it out in the traffic.
Great transfer! Shuttle looked just like the picture and everything was as described. A very comfortable ride with lots of space, AC and helpful driver.
This company left us stranded at the bahama airport. They had our flight information.And once we arrived, I looked at that, they were running late and told us to take a cab.

Rather than asking you to wait at the airport after your flight, we offered you the option of taking one of the readily available airport taxis immediately and provided a full refund for your booking. Our intention was never to leave you stranded, but to ensure you could get to your destination as quickly as possible. We understand this was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to minimize the impact of unforeseen delays on our guests.

The driver was very friendly and courteous. Our problem was none of us had internet so no way for him to contact us or for us to contact driver. Thankfully he took a chance and came to pick us up.

Extremely disappointed with this transfer service booked through Viator. My flight was significantly delayed, which was completely beyond my control. Despite this, the driver left at the originally scheduled time without attempting to properly accommodate the delay. When I contacted the company, they refused any refund, even though the service was never actually used. This shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer understanding, especially in situations involving flight delays. Very poor customer service and unfair policy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this provider if your travel plans involve any risk of delays.
We’re sorry the transfer didn’t work out due to the significant flight delay. For clarity: The customer was a no-show for his 9pm booking because the flight was heavily delayed. In these cases, our driver normally collects the customer later when returning to the airport. However, 9pm was our final airport trip of the day. We waited as long as possible, but we had a 10pm reservation we had to meet. Since the vehicle, driver time, fuel, and reserved slot had already been fully allocated, the transfer was treated as a no-show rather than a cancellation made in advance. As outlined in our booking policy, we are unable to issue refunds when the delay is outside our control and our driver has arrived for the scheduled pickup. For this reason, the refund request was declined. We encourage checking other customer reviews of our service.
