Excellent service from arrival yo the airport as well as departing the hotel. We did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes when we arrived at the airport

Driver amazing and patient! Dontae waited for us after plane was late and the airline lost luggage. So this was a long wait, then he offered to take us to a shop for essentials or anything else we needed. Amazing considering we were having our worst day and he put an end to that crazy day! Great Service!

I booked and paid for a private airport transfer upon arrival to the airport. The dispatch called to inform me that two other individuals would be riding with me in the same vehicle. After going back-and-forth for a while, they called for another vehicle to retrieve me from the airport. The vehicle that retrieved me had two other individuals in it, and was being dropped off at a nearby hotel. After they were dropped off at the hotel, the driver took me to my destination.
Hi Chad We ONLY do Private Airport Transfers. All our Airport Transfers and Tours are Private. But at the airport there were two elderly persons a man with her wife were going to the same hotel you and them were on the same flight and you all were outside the same time. We know you book a Private transfer to Hedonism ll but the Lady ask us if she and her husband could ride with you to Negril since it was only you, so that's the reason why we asked you if they could ride with you. The Lady and her husband were willing to ride with you and they both book a Private Transfer to Hedonism ll also. You said you don't want to travel with them you want a bus for yourself, they feel so bad because they were standing right there when you said that. You said you didn't get what you paid for BUT you did get what you paid for because you were the only one that was on that big bus going to Negril. So you did get a Private Transfer to Hedonism ll. We are very sorry we asked you if the two elderly persons could ride with you to Negril. We were just trying to help because that how we are. We always try to help others.
