Excellent experience, 10 out of 10! Right after I booked the airport transfer, Arnold called me to connect which was so reassuring since we’ve never been to Jamaica. Then soon after we landed, Arnold called me again to let me know the car was there. He was so friendly as was our driver. I recommend them 100%!!!

My flight took so long to land because of the storm. AJ checked on me often and sent me a picture of his license plate for safety. When I finally got in the van, he assured me that everything was alright. He was very hospitable and had a fire playlist. I kept his information to share with friends when they visit the island. I’ll definitely use his services again.

This was our second time using Arnold’s Tours, AJ is great! Always on time, communication is on point and he has an awesome personality. Next time we go to Jamaica we’ll only use AJ to get our resort and our excursions.
I reserved a transportation from Montego Bay airport to a resort about 45 minutes away. AJ was our driver he was very friendly and communicative with us. We didn’t have any issues finding him with all the other distractions going on. He knows the city very well and gave us the real local recommendations. If you are able to request a driver request AJ.

Phenomenal company! Very attentive and professional. There was some confusion with my hotel and transportation, but they helped me get everything figured out and made sure my family and I were transported safely through. Our driver AJ was extremely courteous, friendly and humorous making us feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend his services whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or even in a group. He went above and beyond—waiting for us during excursions, making extra stops at local stores that weren’t on the original route, and staying flexible with our plans. Overall, it was a 20 out of 20 experience. I highly recommend his services if you want safe, reliable, and accommodating transportation book with them.
