Everything went smoothly, the cab arrived in time and met us in front of the Reception area. We had a comfortable drive to the airport and said thank you and departed.

The drivers are very polite and on time. The only thing I don't understand is paying twice because i paid online and in the car they send me an email to give 6 euros to the driver. I did but I didn't understand why paying again while I done it online. Overall there Services are excellent.

leaving the airport, we found the driver waiting for us holding a sign with our name that quickly took us to our hotel. A perfect service

When I book a trip with via tour we pay the price that is on the website.Yet 5 minutes before the trip the company that via tour used text me and said there was an extra charge of 50 percent of original booking fee.Not something I agree with yet had no choice to pay as needed to get to the airport
We would like to clarify that the additional fee you mentioned is clearly stated on the Viator booking page under the “What’s Not Included” section before completing the reservation. These charges apply to specific pickup areas and are transparently listed so travelers are aware of them in advance. After your message, we also sent you a screenshot from the Viator listing showing that this information was already displayed prior to booking. Airport transfer. Driver was not friendly but got us to the airport on time. I eould use them again but different driver. Got charged €10 on dropped after paying online not sure why I was charged €10 on dropped off
