Bairescab is the company (hard to see on Viator) and they were great. Enzo reached out to meet on whatsapp and gave me all the details on who the driver would be and where he would be. We used Bairescab for transfer from EZE airport to our hotel that was downtown. Jhonatan was a driver and although he did not speak English he was very nice. Dont be scared of the language barrier, most people is BA know Americans wont speak spanish and they are super nice. Would recommend 10/10.
Excellent service provided by Miguel our driver and Enzo and Nico of Bairescab Transfers & Tours! It was easy to book our transfer thru Viator and communicate with Enzo & Nico before our arrival in Buenos Aires. Miguel was waiting for us at the designated meeting place at the airport. The van was clean and comfortable and could easily hold the 5 of us and all of our luggage.

Driver wasn’t waiting when we arrived- apparently parking can be tricky. We had hoped to avoid the delay and anxiety of a new airport by having someone meet us. Also didn’t realize it was a cab. Driver was quite courteous. But we could have just grabbed a cab for less.
Hello Lori! Thanks for your review. I (Enzo) was on the phone with you upon your arrival, and effectively, Andy was parking when you got to our meeting point. He found you no more than 3 minutes after that. Sometimes parking lot is terribly full. Although he should have arrived earlier. We have discussed this with him. Concerning the vehicle, most of ours are official Buenos Aires cabs indeed. With dues insurances and licenses as described on our announcement. Hope you’re enjoying Argentina ☺️
