Aeropuerto de Don Mueang (DMK): Llegadas nacionales (Terminal 2) : Después de recoger su equipaje, por favor proceda a la Puerta 11 en el área de Llegadas. Llegadas Internacionales (Terminal 1) : Después de recoger su equipaje, por favor proceda a la Puerta 5 en el área de Llegadas. Nuestro equipo estará esperando con un cartel que muestra su nombre. Para recogidas en hoteles: Ofrecemos recogidas desde cualquier hotel o alojamiento dentro del Área Metropolitana de Bangkok. The pick-up from our hotel was quick and easy as the driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby with a name sign. The ride itself was smooth and got us to BKK nice and quick.

We were met by a representative at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok). After waiting approximately 15 minutes, we were escorted to the vehicle. The driver who met us appeared unprofessional—dressed in slippers and with an overall presentation that raised immediate concerns. The car itself was in poor condition, dirty and visibly worn with multiple scratches and dents. The driver said very little, and we set off. Driving in slippers is unsafe, and throughout the journey there were several incidents involving sudden braking and lack of attention. After about 40 minutes, in heavy traffic, the situation became more serious as the driver appeared to be falling asleep. At that point, we asked him to pull over and drop us off. We arranged alternative transport via Grab and safely reached our hotel. To the company’s credit, they responded quickly when contacted via WhatsApp and issued an immediate refund. The manager also came to our hotel later that evening to apologize and provided a small gesture of goodwill. We are experienced travellers and generally patient and tolerant. However, this experience represents a complete failure on the company’s part. Sending a driver and vehicle in this condition demonstrates a serious lack of quality control and, more importantly, safety standards. I cannot recommend this company to anyone concerned about their safety and wellbeing.

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Bangkok went very well! Right after booking the transfer, I received an email with clear instructions on where to meet our driver in the airport. We followed those instructions, saw a sign with our name on it, and the person holding the sign took us to meet our driver who was waiting in the car for us right outside. The car was comfortable, the driver greeted us with a smile and gave us a helpful introduction to Bangkok during our ride to our hotel. There were even snacks and water in the car! Highly recommend.
