Cristina was a pleasure to work with! She handled everything and made sure our family of 8 had everything that we needed.
Completely awesome. We got off earlier than expected and he was waiting. When he found out we didn't have a water taxi to get us to our hotel he jumped right on the phone and was able to get us one that was waiting when we arrived. Excellent service and help.

Coming into port in Venice is now a lot different as you have to be bused to terminal. This process takes approx 45 mins. Our driver was fantastic and patient, which was much appreciated.

The pickup from the Venice Port to downtown Venice was very prompt, the vehicle immaculate and the drivers ( car and water taxi) were knowledgeable and helpful. The same for the pickup from downtown Venice to airport.
