We had a hard time finding the pickup, as the directions sent us to the location labelled as the airport "pick up point." Once there, we sat for an extended period, awaiting what was to be a driver with a sign. Finally, when I got my wifi calling working, the company called us to tell us the actual pickup poiont, and we dragged our luggage there. Once in the vehicle, the ride was safe and smooth with a very hospitable driver.

We also ask passengers to switch on their phones upon landing, as we send WhatsApp or SMS updates with the exact pickup location and timing to ensure a smooth connection with the driver. We understand it can sometimes be confusing at busy airport locations, and we’re glad our team was able to assist you. We appreciate your patience and thank you for travelling with us.
Very disappointing experience. We notified the company one day in advance of our flight delay and provided our updated arrival time. Upon arrival, we were told to either pay extra for immediate pickup or wait about one hour for the next shuttle. Later, this was extended to 1–1.5 hours. We waited the full 1.5 hours in good faith after a long-haul flight. Although they communicated during this time, we relied on their updated timeframe. When the shuttle did not arrive within that window, we arranged and paid for our own transportation, which cost us extra. The company later claimed the shuttle arrived shortly after we left, just beyond the 1.5-hour timeframe, and refused to refund us, citing their policy. This is unreasonable, as we waited the full time they provided and the service we paid for was not delivered within the promised window. Poor coordination, shifting timelines, inflexible policy, and additional out-of-pocket costs. Would not recommend.
Thank you for your review. As this is a shared shuttle service, operations are based on scheduled runs and coordination with multiple passengers. When a flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, passengers are automatically moved to the next available service at no extra cost — which is exactly what was arranged in your case. You were also offered an optional upgrade to a private transfer for a small additional fee, which would have provided immediate pickup. This option was declined, and you chose to wait for the next shared shuttle. Our records (including driver logs and GPS tracking) confirm that the shuttle arrived within the advised timeframe. At that point, you were not present at the agreed pickup location. While we understand travel delays can be frustrating, the service was operated in line with the agreed terms and the options provided to you at the time.
We had some issues finding the vehicle. As four elderly and two with health issues, I thought the driver would pick us up near our arrival exit instead we had to walk the full length of the terminal and then we had trouble locating him.
Driver was on time, put all our bags in the back, was very polite and efficient. He knew exactly where he was going and had no problems in the traffic.
These people were great. Late luggage delivery from flight, pickup instructions were essential but I didn’t receive them by text right away. Took 30 min longer than needed but they waited! So it all worked out fine.

Transfer was cancelled was I was on route on a plane. Luckily aircraft had wifi or I would not have known until I landed and no one was there to collect me….
We’re sorry for the confusion, however the service was not cancelled. As communicated prior to your arrival, the shared shuttle did not reach the minimum number of passengers required to operate. To ensure your transfer went ahead without disruption, we upgraded your booking to a private transfer. Clear instructions were also sent advising you not to proceed to the shuttle bus stop, as your driver would meet you directly at the baggage carousel. We understand travel can be stressful, but we did take the necessary steps to ensure your transfer was completed smoothly and as a complimentary upgrade.
All went very smoothly no problems at all very easy would use this service again! Not a lot more to say!
Took us a while to work out pickup on arrival but all ok. Really friendly drivers. Return to the airport was super smooth.
