Asignamos un conductor superior con larga experiencia. El conductor entenderá bien Inglés y tiene un profundo conocimiento de la condición del tráfico local. El vehículo que asignamos es de Tipo Minivan solo que acomodan equipaje grande. Desafortunadamente, obtener un tipo de minivan gratis no es fácil aquí en Japón. En el peor de los casos, tiene que esperar a la minivan más de 2 horas en tiempo ocupado. Si usted es más de 3 personas grupo, reservar vehículo con antelación es indispensable aquí.

Great communication and easy to book. Had an early arrival so managed to organize an earlier pick up with no issues
Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable.
