We had an excellent driver who answered all our questions about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. We had a great ride and would recommend it.
The ride was nice and smooth. The only issue we had was connecting in the first place. We expected someone standing at arrivals with a sign. That didn't happen. Then we went to door 5, because in our original instructions, it said that is where we would meet. No one was there. After 5-10 minutes, we got on the airport WiFi to check for a message. Apparently, we were supposed to let them know when we arrived and go to door 8, however, the instructions were sent when we were already traveling and never received it -- until we were at the airport wondering where our ride was. Once we linked up, it was all good.

Good service. The operator contacted me via whatsapp (make sure you have a whatsapp account). We coordinated everything via whatsapp. The operator sent me a picture of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly.

Bit of a hiccup in meeting at the airport because of tech problems on our end. Handled very nicely by the driver. She was friendly, helpful, and pointed out sites along the way to our hotel. Car was clean and comfortable. A good driver. Would definitely book again.

As I did not have an International Roaming phone it did make contact with the driver a little more difficult. However, our difficulty was overcome. Our driver was a patient man, very polite and his vehicle was spotless. I have used Viator on a number of occasions and would highly recommend them.

My sister and I were staying in KL and her flight was very early in the morning. The travel transfer desk to the airport was closed but the gentleman still helped her book a car to the airport. She arrived very easily and later in the day he returned for me and my trip. Overall the consideration and flexibility of the staff was unexpected and much appreciated. They were under no obligation to help us and yet did so, ensuring a smooth and stress free return for us.

Visited Batu Caves which is a must do tour if visiting KL. Sasi our guide was great, sharing history and insight on Malaysia and the site, his energy and warmth definitely made the trip fun and interesting.
